These terms apply to every purchase made on Mobile Store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only after we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot verify the order. If you have paid, you receive a full refund.
- Product images are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
2. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, cards, bank transfer, mobile wallets and installment plans on selected bank cards. For high value Cash on Delivery orders we may ask for a partial advance payment.
3. Delivery
- Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or weather.
- Please check the outer packaging at the time of delivery. Do not accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged.
- Open parcel delivery is available in selected cities only.
4. Returns and refunds
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered.
- The product must be unused (unless faulty), in its original box, with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on opened mobiles, laptops and personal care products for hygiene and activation reasons.
- Approved refunds are issued within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by the official manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the brand’s authorised service centres. Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobile Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products bought on the website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
